Do you offer same-day service?

Yes. Most diagnostics are same-day and many repairs can be completed on the first visit, depending on parts availability.

How do I book? Can I pick a date?

Use the contact form or our scheduling page to book 3–30 days in advance. Need something sooner? Call (657) 493-4674 and we’ll try to fit you in.

Which areas do you serve?

All across Orange County— Irvine, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Orange, Garden Grove, Fullerton, Mission Viejo, and nearby.

Do you take cards or offer financing?

Yes. We accept major credit cards via secure online checkout. For larger projects, we can connect you with financing options—ask during your estimate.

What’s included in the Home HVAC Assurance plan?

It includes an initial assessment, one tune-up per year, no-charge diagnosis, and 2 hours of repair labor. Parts are billed separately; additional labor is billed at the member labor rate.

Can I add more than one system to the plan?

Yes. Additional systems at the same address can be added at a discounted rate. Tell us how many systems you have and we’ll quote it cleanly.

Is the plan transferable if I sell my home?

Yes. You can transfer remaining plan benefits to the new owner—great for listing value.

What if I don’t use my plan visit this year?

We’ll remind you when it’s time and work around your schedule. If something slips, we’ll help you make it up quickly.

What’s in the New Home Furnace & AC Inspection?

A buyer-focused inspection with airflow assessment, furnace operations, heat exchanger inspection, ductwork assessment, CO testing/monitoring, and gas supply inspection & leak test—plus a clear written summary.

Do you talk to my agent or seller if needed?

Yes. With your permission, we can share a concise summary and recommended next steps to help your deal move smoothly.

How do you size new systems?

We right-size with Manual J/S/D principles, review ductwork, and balance airflow so the system is quiet, efficient, and comfortable throughout the house.

Which brands do you install and service?

We service most major brands and commonly install Rheem, Trane, Lennox, and Mitsubishi—chosen for reliability and local parts support.

Is a heat pump right for my home?

Often, yes. We evaluate your climate zone, duct condition, electrical panel, and comfort goals. If a hybrid or high-efficiency furnace is better, we’ll say so.

Can you help with rebates and electrical work?

Yes. We advise on available rebates and handle panel upgrades, dedicated circuits, and disconnects to code.

What does a real tune-up include?

Coil cleaning, combustion/CO safety checks, airflow and refrigerant checks, electrical testing, drain line maintenance, and a written report—no 15-minute ‘drive-by’ visits.

Do you offer indoor air quality options?

Yes: filtration upgrades, sealing, and humidity strategies. We’ll match solutions to your home and sensitivity needs.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We take care of permits, Title 24 where applicable, duct testing, and coordinate final inspections with your city.

What warranties do you provide?

Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment, and we back our workmanship. We’ll outline coverage clearly in writing for your specific project.

Will you protect my home during work?

Absolutely. Shoe covers, drop cloths, tidy work areas, and clean end-of-day standards are part of every visit.

How do follow-ups work if parts need to be ordered?

We’ll provide an ETA and keep you posted. Most common parts are on the truck; special orders are scheduled promptly once in.
