Inspection, Sealing & Replacement

Duct Services

One honest starting point: we inspect first, then tell you what your ductwork actually needs — not the most profitable option.

Why we don't offer duct cleaning

Most HVAC companies offer duct cleaning as a routine service. We don't — deliberately. Cleaning can wipe down accessible metal ductwork, but it does nothing for mold or dust that's worked its way into fiberglass-lined or duct-board material, which is porous. Once contamination reaches that level, cleaning gives the appearance of a fix without actually resolving the problem — and can even disturb settled contamination and push it further into your home's airstream. When ductwork is genuinely contaminated, replacement is the only thing that actually solves it. We'd rather tell you that upfront than sell you a service that just looks like progress.

Not sure which service you need? Every duct job starts with a real inspection — learn what that involves, or see how duct condition ties into mold-sensitive homes in our Mold & CIRS Support guide.
